Sangoma Announces Graduation to TSX

MARKHAM, Ontario, Oct. 29, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sangoma Technologies Corporation (“Sangoma”) (TSXV: STC), a trusted leader in delivering cloud-based Communications-as-a-Service (“CaaS”) solutions, is pleased to announce it has received approval for the listing of Sangoma’s common shares (the “Common Shares”) on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”).

The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX effective as of the open of the market on November 1, 2023. Upon listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will continue to trade under the symbol “STC”. In conjunction with listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange upon the commencement of trading on November 1, 2023.
