SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Clarus Corporation (NASDAQ: CLAR) (“Clarus” and/or the “Company”), announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,750,000 shares of its common stock for total expected gross proceeds of $74,250,000, before underwriting fees and estimated offering expenses. The Company also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 412,500 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on October 29, 2023.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including repayment of debt, capital expenditures and potential acquisitions.
BofA Securities is acting as lead book-running manager and representative of the underwriters for the offering. Stifel, Raymond James and Roth Capital Partners are also acting as book-running managers.
