Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund Announces January Distribution

TORONTO, Jan. 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund (the “Fund”) today announced its January 2023 cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A Units, Class C Units and Class F Units Class (collectively, the “Units”), payable on February 15, 2023 to holders of Units of record at January 31, 2023. The distribution amounts will be as follows:

  • C$0.10476 per Class A Unit, representing approximately C$1.26 per Unit on an annualized basis;
  • C$0.11056 per Class C Unit, representing approximately C$1.33 per Unit on an annualized basis;
  • C$0.10807 per Class F Unit, representing approximately C$1.30 per Unit on an annualized basis;

The Fund also announces today that it intends to change its name to “Northview Fund”, subject to receiving Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) approval and any necessary approvals under its credit facility. The shorter and simplified name reflects the Fund’s continued branding as Northview as it is known to its residents, tenants, guests, and other stakeholders. The Fund’s TSX trading symbol is expected to remain TSX: NHF.UN.
